Denis Wade is the Managing Director and Senior Minister at Micah Christian Ministries and the Executive Director of Micah Community Projects.

Denis is an accomplished business leader with over 25 years’ experience in senior corporate management. He has 25 years’ experience as a local pastor, public speaker, trainer, teacher and community leader working in South East London and the wider London area; as well as on the national and international scene.

A former member of the acclaimed UK gospel group, ‘The Wades’, he has many years’ exposure to the media, including TV and radio, and still has an association with music and media industries today.

Denis has also served a number of organisations in a voluntary capacity and has a keen interest in philanthropy, local and civic politics and community and business development. His life’s passion is to see people equipped, empowered and released into their full potential. He also enjoys making a contribution through coaching, motivational speaking and personal development training.

Lorna Wade has over 25 years’ experience of successful pastoral work. During this time she has also worked extensively in the community with parents, youth and young adults.

Lorna is a qualified counselling practitioner and Life Coach and has over 10 years’ experience as a registered foster carer working specifically with teenagers.

With years of personal development training, community and business development skills, Lorna is also a keen and active, social business entrepreneur.

Coming from a musical family Lorna has also worked professionally as a singer and music practitioner, and has mentored and coached a number of industry professionals.

Lorna has supported a number of charitable projects over the years and is dedicated to expanding this work in the future. Her hobbies include reading,
travel, social networking and walking. Lorna has been married to Denis for
over 30 years.
